Lifetrenz Hospital - OP Nursing
In an OP setting, Nurses play a vital role in terms of operations. The nursing role is primarily to prepare a patient by capturing vitals, filling in assessment forms and nursing notes in the patient's Electronic Health Record (EHR), prior to the Doctors consultation. However, in the Lifetrenz System, you can empower a nurse to assist doctors through the consultation process by capturing clinical details in the patient's health record beyond just vitals. This feature is access rights driven and in case a nurse who is assisting a doctor captures diagnosis and orders for a particular patient on behalf of the doctor, then the doctor can electronically co-sign the diagnosis and orders entered by the nurse, with the click of a button. The nurse can also 'Conduct orders' added by doctors in the System, which will hasten the billing process, incase your healthcare facility has the practice of billing a patient for only activities/services that are conducted. The comprehensive and workflow enabled Nursing Module ensures that nurses efficiently handle Pre Consult, Post Consult, Authorization, Phlebotomy and Health Check processes based on access rights, resulting in faster turnaround of patients.
