Lifetrenz has state of the art EHR software that is compliant to UAE and International standards, with which a physician will be able to capture a patient's health records electronically. Our EHR allows physicians to maintain patient's longitudinal health records for lifetime and these records are portable and inter-operable.

The EHR solution comes with a Drug Information Framework and a Drug Database for UAE, along with a Clinical Decision Support Engine, which shows the physicians alerts for various contraindications like drug-drug, drug-allergy, drug-disease, duplicate therapy, drug to conditions such as pregnancy/ lactation etc. This improves the quality of care and patient safety manifold. With a rich and easy to learn & use, user interface, and adaptive learning based on every individual Doctor's practice, Lifetrenz EHR enables Doctors to spend more quality time with the patient and also increases the number of patients they see in a day.

Lifetrenz allows to configure what mandatory information a physician needs to minimum capture in the patient's health record, without which the physician is not allowed to make an order. This ensures that the clinical information required for insurance claim processing is recorded in each and every case, thereby reducing the chances of a claim rejection. The system also prompts the Physician of items which are not part of an Insurance rate contractual, and if such items are ordered, the system automatically splits the bill, and items not part of the patient's insurance contractual goes to the billing as a self-pay encounter helping in better revenue realisation. This also helps reduce authorisation and claim rejections to a major extent.

Beyond this, with the optional real time integration to CEED (Coding Edit Engine of Dubai), for the Doctors to do a 'Medical Necessity Check' which assists in ensuring that the orders made are in line with the diagnosis captured, the System further assists in bringing down authorisation and claim rejections.

Lifetrenz Hospital Management Out-Patient Process culminates in Patient Check-out at the end of Physician Consultation. At the end of an Out-Patient visit, if the patient is advised a follow up at a later date, an appointment can be created for the next visit, either directly by the physician or the appointment desk. The completion of the Out-Patient visit also creates an Electronic Health Record for the Patient, compliant to EHR standards.

The after visit summary if required can be printed and handed over to the patient. Based on the outcome of the Out-Patient consultation, if the patient is advised admission either as an In-Patient to the Hospital or to the Daycare facility, Lifetrenz Hospital Management Check-out function can seamlessly handle this process efficiently. The complete Electronic Health Record of the Patient, along with admission orders & instructions is made available in the In-Patient or Daycare facility, thus ensuring continuity of care.
