Lifetrenz allows you to configure what mandatory information a physician needs to minimum capture in the patient's health record, without which the physician is not allowed to make an order. This ensures that the clinical information required for insurance claim processing is recorded in each and every case, thereby reducing the chances of a claim rejection. The system also prompts the Physician of items which are not part of an Insurance rate contractual, and if such items are ordered, the system automatically splits the bill, and items not part of the patient's insurance contractual goes to the billing as a self-pay encounter helping in better revenue realisation. This also helps reduce authorisation and claim rejections to a major extent.
Beyond this, with the optional real time integration to CEED (Coding Edit Engine of Dubai), for the Doctors to do a 'Medical Necessity Check' which assists in ensuring that the orders made are in line with the diagnosis captured, the System further assists in bringing down authorisation and claim rejections.
With our link to the DHPO's eRx gateway, Doctors can contextually submit ePrescriptions electronically at the end of the consultation, in real time. At the time of eRx submission, the System ensures that details such as weight of the patient or comments are captured so that eRx authorisation is obtained without any issues. Lifetrenz also ensures that the eJADA requirements of capturing mandatory Vitals and Lab Results based on conditions and submitting with the insurance claim are automatically met.
